Practicing Yoga helps us to bring us to a clear connection with ourselves and the world around us becoming more present and aware. Slowing down and connecting with this 5,000 year old practice brings an effervescent quality to our lives. Being more present and aware helps us to drop the," what if's, the should, and should nots", and transforms us into a healthier and calmer existence. Yoga gives us the tool to help deal with our ever changing lives aka Going with the Flow:) |
Our classes are offered 4 days a week. Private sessions are available upon request. Please make sure you RSVP if you plan to attend any class by calling (920)284-8513 OR emailing us through this site on contact form located on the Contact and Links page. Emails are checked throughout the day. |
